Let’s face it, full lips are viewed as a sign of sensuality and youth. We tend to focus on the aging face using facial creams, lasers and surgery, but we seldom give our lips the same care and attention. Because of this neglect, once young, vibrant, full lips become a distant memory.

What is a 'Lifestyle Lift'?

The Lifestyle Lift is a short scar facelift with a catchy trademarked name. There are a number of “limited scar” and “quick recovery” procedures currently on the market. Facelift Surgery: Myths vs. Facts

There are many myths out there about facelift surgery, we wanted to take some time to distinguish myths vs. facts.

FACT: It is very rare that people have significant pain after a facelift even when it's combined with eyelid surgery and or a Browlift. 

FACT: My practice style is to achieve a natural or refreshed look rather than an operated look. 

FACT: Surgery at a young age (45-55) is actually better. You will generally age better and get a longer-lasting result that can go 8-12 years.

January Special!

A facelift is a surgical procedure that improves the visible signs of aging of the lower face and neck.  As we age, the skin and soft tissues of our face lose their elasticity and gravity takes over. The result is sagging skin that makes us look tired, stern, and older.

A facelift knows no age.  

Whether you are 45 or 70, a facelift can diminish the signs of aging so you look as good as you feel.  I have patients that think if they wait a “couple of more years” before having surgery it will last longer.  Sounds good in theory, but while they are waiting they are aging and the fat and collagen in their face is diminishing, causing more loose saggy skin and deeper facial lines. I like to tell those patients that no matter what age you might choose to have surgery, if you were an identical twin and you had a facelift, and your twin did not, you would always look more youthful than your twin. So I say…enjoy the benefits as long as you can.
